    Silly questions

Some of these question are definitely a bit vague, and could certainly use improvement. For example, with this sort of position, there's definitely going to be questions about:

      • Budget preparation
      • Budget allocation
      • Spending forecasts

      Here's a few examples:

"Do you have experience preparing operating budgets for departments? What part of the budget preparation process have you found most difficult?"

"When forecasting spending trends, what are the core metrics you take into account?"

There are countless other topics for this profession. Statistical reviews, dealing with federal regulations and compliance, among others.

If you have any recommendations, Johana, let us know. We'd love to add them to the list!
